A Quick Note from Your Leather Making Friends!

If you ever have a question about your order, or something’s not quite right—please don’t hesitate to reach out to us! We’re real people who care deeply about what we make and the folks we make it for.
Now for a little behind-the-scenes story…
We recently had a situation where an order was returned to us as undeliverable. We tried to contact the buyer through the email they provided so we could confirm the correct shipping address and send out their custom buttstock cover (it even had their name on it!). Unfortunately, there was no phone number, and despite our efforts, we never got a response.
A short time later, a PayPal dispute was opened claiming the order was never received and they couldn’t find a way to contact us—which is a tough thing to hear, because we’ve made contacting us as easy as possible:
- There’s a Contact Us button at the bottom of every page on our website
- You can reply directly to any email we send you
- We’re available on social media, just keep your order number and email handy
This was the first PayPal dispute we’ve had in over a decade of selling handcrafted leather goods. Out of all those years, we’ve only had a 4 returns (well 5 now), most of our customers love what they get, and we work hard to keep it that way!
Unfortunately, the dispute process is rough:
- It takes about 30 days to resolve
- The seller almost always eats the cost
- We can lose the item, the shipping, the fees—and in this case, a one-of-a-kind custom piece we can’t resell
So here's our ask: before opening a dispute, please give us a chance to make things right. We genuinely want happy customers, and we’re here to help!
