MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

OUT-OF-STOCK PRODUCTS
We are a small family business and all of our products are made by hand and at the time of your order will be put in our build que to get made. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your item to get made (doesn’t include shipping) during the busy times of the year. Busy times of the year include The holiday season (Christmas, New Years), Fathers Day, Mothers Day, Tax return season, etc…
However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to it going into the status of pending (being made).

Please understand that because every item we sale is a personalized/customized order, we do not accept returns or give refunds.
Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Evil Duck Studios shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Evil Duck Studios shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Evil Duck Studios will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
Liability Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the purchaser or user to use firearms safety. We are not responsible for damage, personal injury, or death due to misuse or negligent use of firearms or holsters.
Always make sure your gun is fully seated in the holster. During vigorous physical activity, including running, you should not rely on your holster's retention capabilities; the gun should be held in place with your hand to prevent the gun from coming loose inside the holster, with the potential of falling out of the holster.
All of our leather holsters are made to fit a specific model of handgun. Each is closely formed to the shape of that handgun, by wet forming the pistol mold in the leather. Only use the holster with the model of handgun for which it was molded. Even if another handgun happens to fit in the holster, it should not be used. As it may stretch the leather in spots it shouldn’t be and compromise the retention the holster provides, or cause an accidental discharge, injuring or killing someone, or damaging property. No attempt should ever be made to alter or modify any Evil Duck Studios holster by anyone other than a Evil Duck Studios employee.
Any holsters should be inspected before, during, and after each use by the user and/or product owner for damage, worn/loose/inoperative parts (such as latches and closures), or loose assembly riveting and broken stitching. All risk and liability shall be on the purchaser or user of the holsters for the manner in which they are worn and used.
