I spent quite a bit of time on emails today... Again... Hopefully the improvements will keep them from going into peoples junk/spam folders. We apologize for this, it's been an ongoing issue and has been challenging to figure out why this is happening since we don't do email marketing. Thank you for your understanding and hanging in there with our little leather shop!
If you don't see emails from us in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. They should be there. Customers receive a confirmation email when they make a purchase and then updates to your order when we start working on it, ship it and when it's delivered.
